Rawlings’ constitutional privileges were never curtailed – Malik Baako

Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr. says former president Rawlings was never stripped off his constitutionally guaranteed privileges.

Issue

  • This is very difficult to digest. Whether it is withdrawal of “constitutionally guaranteed privileges” or snubbing a probably reasonable request from a former President, it still casts a shadow of doubt on the integrity of Ghana as displayed by its powers to be.
  • The role of Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr. in the 1979 uprising is still under dispute. Allegations have it that he was at the forefront of shouting “Let the blood flow.” Any information in this regards will be welcomed.

America’s Biggest Companies Look Reasonably Priced

The Biggest Of Them All.  Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) is the largest publicly traded company in the U.S., with a market cap greater than $317 billion. The stock trades with a one-year trailing price/earnings multiple of 16.89 and offers investors a reasonable annual dividend of 2.5%. Year to date the shares are down almost 1.5%. But for those who bought exactly one year ago, the picture is only marginally brighter. XOM shares managed a mere 2.13% rise during that time frame.
